Pro System II hose allows for maximum flexibility and the nonabrasive, small diameter hose wont scratch your custom paint job. Rated at 1200 PSI. Does not meet D.O.T. specifications. Use with Pro System II chrome or black hose ends. |

TECH NOTES: How to assemble Pro System I Fittings
1. Cut hose to desired length using a knife.
2. Disassemble the 3-piece adapter fitting.
3. Slide the tapered end (taper first) onto the hose.
4. Slide the brass ferrule, with tapered end going towards the end of the hose.
5. Push hose into the body until it bottoms out, then bring the tapered nut forward and tighten down.
Note: To re-use Compression fittings, you need a 5/16 Replacement Ferrule #R49009. |
